Engineering Work in structural steel design includes in depth analysis and design of complete structure in addition to preparation of shop drawings & erection drawings. SSA Steels design team have dedicated professionals & structural designers, and are equipped to work in accordance with all Indian & International codes.

Welding process is as per American welding society standards (AWS)
State of the art manufacturing facilities with a monthly capacity of 120 MT (Primary Structures) situated at Pune, Khed SHuvapur. All CNC Welding & cutting machines are well equipped in latest standard / practice.
Process of PEB erection involves the assembly of steel components into a frame on the site which also forms the major part of project cost. This process briefly involves lifting and placing components into position, then connecting them as a whole member and finally bolting. SSA Steels have own erection crew to serve the best quality buildings to the customer. We don't do Sub-Contracting
PEB is widely used for factory building/ Manufacturing units & warehousing purposes. It has some other applications that are Workshops, Offices Gas Stations, Showrooms, Aircraft Hangers, Metro Stations, Vehicle Parking Sheds, Schools, Indoor Stadium roofs, Bridges, Railway Platforms, Outdoor stadium canopies.
